Burnout is a feeling of physical and emotional tiredness in people under intense qork pressure that comes from setting high, Unrealistic goals

It can be a combination of a dedicated professional facing inhuman task and can result in Burnout/Role Strain/Overwork Syndrome

What ARE the Stages of Stress

A

Stress has mainly three stages:

  1. Alarm Reaction: Short-term,not harmful
  2. Resistant Stage: Long-term, get back/head-aches and can remain for years in exsistence
  3. Exhaustion Stage: All systems stop functioning, may end up in hospital. Fell out of control, a failure, filled with self-doubt

PrOFF SEW

A

Physical- smoke, drink, pills, weight, sleep, sick

Other – personality, people pleaser, perfectionist

Family- marriage, pregnancy, kids, in-laws

Financial / legal- bills, loans, court cases, broke

Social / interpersonal- isolation, discrimination, gossip, few deep friends, deaths

Environmental- moving / bad house, crime, noise, pollution, recreation areas, construction

Work- loss, new, expectations, boredom, load, hours, conflict,retirement, transfers
