What is Burnout
Burnout is a feeling of physical and emotional tiredness in people under intense qork pressure that comes from setting high, Unrealistic goals
It can be a combination of a dedicated professional facing inhuman task and can result in Burnout/Role Strain/Overwork Syndrome
What is Utopia
Utopia is basically a feeling of no stress and to have no stress,You only need 3 things:
- My work is 100%
- Everybody likes me
- Life is Easy
What ARE the Stages of Stress
Stress has mainly three stages:
- Alarm Reaction: Short-term,not harmful
- Resistant Stage: Long-term, get back/head-aches and can remain for years in exsistence
- Exhaustion Stage: All systems stop functioning, may end up in hospital. Fell out of control, a failure, filled with self-doubt
Types of Stress:
PrOFF SEW
Physical- smoke, drink, pills, weight, sleep, sick
Other – personality, people pleaser, perfectionist
Family- marriage, pregnancy, kids, in-laws
Financial / legal- bills, loans, court cases, broke
Social / interpersonal- isolation, discrimination, gossip, few deep friends, deaths
Environmental- moving / bad house, crime, noise, pollution, recreation areas, construction
Work- loss, new, expectations, boredom, load, hours, conflict,retirement, transfers
