A

a tresspasser is a person thart does not have permissionnor someone that goes beyond permission,
when a persom intenetionally or recklessly enters the bulding in the posession of amother withoit the permission or legal right to do so

jones and smith: smith went to fathers house and took 2 tvs w/o dads knwoledge, father stated son had permission and was not a trespasser, coa said person is a tresspasser if he knows he has exceed permissions
