Define “Burglary - Section 9(1)(a)”
Burglary – Section 9(1)(a) of the Theft Act 1968
A person is guilty of burglary if he enters a building or part of a building as a trespasser with intent to:
a. steal anything in the building or part of the building
or
b. inflict grievous bodily harm on any person therein
or
c. do unlawful damage to the building or anything therein
