Bacon Cheddar Lucy
8oz patty of ground beef stuffed with 2oz each of cheddar and bacon crumbles. Cooked to temp and served on toasted bun with mayo, mustard, and LTOP.
Burgundy Burger
8 oz patty stuffed with rosemary and thyme. Cooked to temp and served on toasted bun, topped with sauteed mushrooms and provolone cheese, drizzled with Burgundy gravy.
Turkey Burger
All white meat turkey grilled and topped with bacon and provolone cheese. Served on toasted bun with LTOP and drizzled with stone ground honey mustard.
Bleu Cheese Pepper Burger
8oz patty with bleu cheese crumbles and black pepper stuffed inside. Topped with bleu cheese crumbles and placed on toasted bun with LTOP and mayo.
Plain Burger
8oz patty served on toasted bun and LTOP/Mayo/ Can be topped with cheeses, bacon, etc.

Texas Toast BLT with 6 slice bacon weave. Suggested side is fries.
Sierra Grill
5 oz marinated chicken breast topped with BBQ sauce, provolone and 2 slices bacon, then cheddar jack and scallions. Served on toasted bun with LTOP/mayo. Suggested side is fries.
Portobello Snadwich
Marinated portobello mushroom served on toasted ciabatta bun with provolone cheese, roasted red peppers and basil pesto. Suggested side is pasta salad.
DLT
4 oz Dave’s left over turkey on Texas Toast with a touch of mayo, lettuce and tomato. Open Faced. Suggested side is fries.
Pot Roast Sandwich
5 oz pot roast with melted provolone cheese on a toasted hoagie roll. Side of burgundy gravy. Suggested side is boursin mashed potatoes.
Chicken Pesto Salad
5 oz marinated chicken breast, served on toasted ciabatta bun with pesto, goat cheese, roasted red peppers, and mayo. Suggested side is fries.
Chicken Salad Sandwich
Chicken Breast mixed with fresh grapes, onions, celery, and mayo. Served on toasted wheatberry bread with lettuce. Suggested side pasta salad.
