Name the five steps of Burgers study?

A
  • Screening process (over the phone interview + face to face interview)
  • Set up, involves the participant SEEING the confederate being strapped in.
  • Experiment begins. After a few shocks, the confederate reveals a heart problem.
  • Second confederate backs out, and the reaction of the participant is observed
  • stopped at 150 volts.
