Ensure verification of ESVR for E-7 through E-9 candidates is completed as directed in the selection board NAVADMIN
Properly maintain security of exam materials
Obtain and distribute exam materials
Ensure dates and completion of requirements and signed work sheets are disseminated throughout the command
Designate in writing a Educational Services Officer, must be Khaki or civilian with clearance to handle classified exam material
Forward exams for candidates on leave, TDY, or PCS on regularly scheduled exam administration date
Refer to paragraph 614 and NAVADMIN for guidance in administration pending deployment or operation in combat zones
Ensure accurate Sailor records
All NETPDC correspondence includes full name, exam rate, and DoD ID number.
All eligible candidates refusing to take the exam sign a NAVPERS 1070/613 advising them of their exclusion from advancement for that cycle and must be witnessed by CO/OIC or designated representative
