Describe the servant leadership theory
(Robert Greenleaf) Focuses on the development and well being of people. Leaders share their power. Mindset is to serve others by providing support and resources, and removing obstacles. Leaders are concerned with how others are doing under their leadership.
Describe Authentic Leadership
Leaders are sincere and have high self-awareness (high EQ). Value input, honestly and transparency. Stay aligned to values, focus on building strong relationships. Characteristics of authenticity are learned over time.
