To develop a calm and focused mind and have a better understanding of the teachings of Buddha so that Buddhists can reach enlightenment

what is the importance of samatha meditation
Mindfulness of breathing
Breathing thoroughly
Focus is on the body and the person who is meditating concentrate fully on breathing
The importance of other types of meditation
vipassna help somebody seek the truth about reality and develop wisdom
what is chanting?
Are ways of learning and shown devotion to Buddhist teachings. They are linked to meditation as they are another way of focusing the mind.
What do mantras contain?
Teachings of the Buddha such as the free refugees or five precepts
what is the stupa
A burial mount or shrine built to house relics of the Buddha or an important discipline or teacher

how is Puja through prayer?
Fruit prayer Buddhist request blessings from the Buddha and sometimes ask for help they might also perform Puja in the hope of removing certain obstacles in life

why is death important for Buddhism?
It’s central to the concept of samsara
It is a life cycle in which all people are born, live, die and a reborn
This means death is something that has to happen to the cycle sometimes can move forward enable a person to be reborn so they can try it again at enlightenment
