Right View: Making the commitment to living in such a way that suffering can end
Right Thought: learning the nature of reality and the truth about life
Right Effort: making sure that your efforts are constructive and not destructive
Right Speech: Speaking the ruth in a helpful and compassionate way
Right Conduct: living a life consistent with the Five precepts
Right Livelihood: earning a living in a way that does not hurt others
Right Mindfulness: recognizing that value of the moment; being mindful of who we are and where we cone from
Right Concentration: Expanding our consciousness through meditation

One should enjoy fulfillment of basic needs and not be greedy

Their is a way to end suffering
Goal of life should be to eliminate wrong desires
The Path to End Suffering
The way to end suffering is to follow the Middle Way
This is accomplished through the Noble Eightfold Path
