No soul There is no fixed sense of self because everything is constantly changing.The idea of people having no soul
what is Anicca
Impermanence. Things in life are always changing. Nothing stays the same.

When a Buddhist attains nirvana, their soul is no longer reborn which means they are no longer in samsara

the path to nirvana, comprising eight aspects, right views, intention, speech, action, livelihood, effort, mindfulness, and concentration.
the four noble truths
- Everybody suffers
- The cause of suffering is desire
- We can end suffering by detaching ourselves from our desires
- If we follow the Eightfold Path, we will overcome suffering.
