ADR x Occupancy Rate.. This will give you the same number
Group Block
Group Block is the number of group rooms you have decided to take out of your inventory for groups that have signed contracts to stay at your property
Folio
A hotel folio is the record of the number of guests received in the hotel. The document shows the trend in the visits received over time. It helps the management to know whether the hotel business has performed well over a given period of time
