Champagne
Round golden apples, lemon curd, and a little bit of toasted white bread. No denying this is true blue Champagne.
Pét-Nat Blanc
Round golden apples, lemon curd, and a little bit of toasted white bread. No denying this is true blue Champagne.
Sauvignon Blanc
No denying what’s in here! Cut grass, green apple, a little bit of passionfruit, with nice acidity. It’s a little more elegant than New World fruit bombs but still satisfies every SB palate.
Chenin Blanc
Juicy and tropical. Tangerine, pineapple, mango, with a little bit of slate minerality. The most ‘natural’ in style on our list.
Italian Orange
Easy, juicy orange for the uninitiated or more savvy drinkers looking for something pleasant.
Pinot + Gamay
Juicy dark red fruits with a little blackberry in there, too. Easygoing and light but still substantial.
Malbec
Really pure black fruit, food-friendly acidity, and nice weight without drinking like a cheeseburger. An easy transition for those who enjoy Argentine Malbec, but much more chic.
Pays d’Oc Rosé
Actually quite good for a very cheap and cheerful rosé. Nice red fruit, some nectarine skin and pit, and a touch of flowers.
