What is Aerobic Endurance?
the ability of the cardiovespatory system to supply working muscles with oxygen and nutrience
What is Muscular Endurance?
The ability of the muscles to repeatedly contract over a period of time
What is Flexibility?
The ability to move a joint through its complete range of movement
What is Speed?
Distance divided by time
Distance covered in a certain amount of time
What are the 3 types of speed?
Accelerative speed: 30 Meter
Pure speed: 60 Meter
Speed endurance: Sprints with short recovery periods
What is Muscular Strength?
The maximum force exerted by a muscle
What is Body Composition?
The relative ration of fat mass to fat-free mass
What is Agility?
The ability to change direction at speed without losing balance
What is Balance?
The ability to maintain your center of mass over a base or support
What are the two types of Balance?
Dynamic Balance
Static Balance
What in Co-ordination?
The ability to use at least two body parts together efficiently and accurately
What is Power?
The combination of strength and speed
What is Reaction time?
The time taken to respond to a stimulus
