A Oaxacan Tail
• 2 oz Cold Brew • 1 oz Amaro Foro • 3/4 oz Mezcal • 1/4 oz Tapatio Tequila • 15 drops Chocolate Mole Bitters • Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir very lightly as to not over dilute. Strain over large rock in an old fashion glass.
Sea of Foam
• 3/4 egg white • 1 oz Lime Juice • 3/4 oz ginger syrup • 2 oz Cruzan Black Strap • 2ozish Club Soda • Whip Shake all ingredients but club soda. • Add 1 oz soda water to old fashion glass • Long hard shake • Double strain over soda water • Top with second oz of soda water • Angostura bitter garnish
Bloody Mary
• 1/4 oz lime juice • 1/4 oz lemon juice • 2 oz mix • 2 oz Aylsebery Vodka • Long Hard Shake • Double strain over rocks glass • Garnish with Comte and Calabrese
Japanese Shandy
• 1 oz Lime • 1 oz Pineapple • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup • 1 oz Amaro • Medium intensity - Medium Length Shake • Add 2 oz Coedo Black Lager to tin. • Strain over rocks in Collins glass • Garnish with Lime Twist
Jammy French 75
• 2 large bar spoons Squirl Jam • 3/4 oz Lemon • 1/4 oz simple syrup • 1 oz Fords Gin • Whip Shake to Emulsify Jam • Long Hard Shake • Open and add 2 oz Prosecco tin • Double Strain, up in a champagne flute • Top with Prosecco • Garnish with a Lemon
