-Adults: 2.5-5 mg nebulized= 2 puffs or 10-15 mg/h nebulized in severe bronchospasm
-Peds Nebulized: 0.5 mg/kg/dose in <2 y/o; 1-2.5 mg 2-12 y/o
o Onset: 2-5 minutes; duration of 3-6 hours
o ½ Life: 6 hours
o C/I: nebulized dose of 1 mg/kg toxic in <2 y/o;
o Precautions: poor delivery in OR (20% gets to respiratory tract) ventilator circuit, use 60 mL syringe and 6-8 puffs to get past ETT
