bronchitis vs pneumonia
A
sputum, wheeze, breathlessness may be absent in bronchitis but usually at least one present in pneumonia
on exam - bronchitis - wheeze
- pneumonia - dullness, creps, bronchial breathing
pneumonia has more systemic symptoms - malaise, myalgia, fever

analgesia
fluids
anitbiotics if ps are systemically unwell, CRP>100mg - doxycycline
