Focal destruction + architectrural destruction of the lung.
Wheeze
Malaise- mx- sputum clearance- infiltrating mucus- settles in chest, –> inflammation, - bacterial overgrowth
⬆️ vol of sputum ! Culture- antibiotics-10-14 weeks.
