  • Poor OH
  • High caries rate
  • Periodontal disease
  • Large pulp
  • Uncoop pt
  • MH

LOCAL

  • Likely for further tooth loss within arch
  • Abutment prognosis poor
  • Span length too great
  • Root SA insufficient
  • Angulation
  • PA status
  • Bone status (perio)
