1) New global immigration system (2021)- Movement of people is now restricted.
2) Employers must register to sponsor recruits from abroad.
3) Individual must meet job, salary and language requirements.
Supply of Labour being more restricted had led to Labour cost increasing and a reduction of available Labour.
Goods moving across the border costs increase due to checks/admin.

How has Brexit affected the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU)
A
Tenders Electronic Daily (TED)- once all contracts pre-2021 are completed the OJEU/TED will cease in the UK.
