What diet to have after the 3 day dryfast?

A
  1. No physical food for at least 3 to 6 weeks. First 2 weeks just juice.
  2. Salt can create blisters, be carefull
  3. If you are hungry, dont drink or eat.
  4. Once a week, 1 day dryfast
  5. Dryfast till 12 in the afternoon.
  6. Do another 3 day fast to reset.
  7. Have quality water

How to integrate the breatharian lifestyle socially?

A
  1. Most people won’t notice.
  2. Tell them you are trying something new.
  3. You might not want to have sex, it will come back later and it will not be a need but lovemaking.

What exercises you can do in the breatharian process?

A
  1. The lake exercise, breathing in energy, from above and from the earth
  2. Push yourself to workout
  3. The day you let go, is the day you will stop loosing weight.
  4. Be present, don’t overthink
  5. Move from an unconsious to a consious manifester.
    - Envision what you want, state it in the present moment like an affirmation
    - Feel exciteted about it.
    - Know this is possible and that you are capable
    - Accept the belief as an absolute truth
    - Intent it to happen
    - Fake it till you make it
    - Let go and trust.
