What diet to have after the 3 day dryfast?
A
- No physical food for at least 3 to 6 weeks. First 2 weeks just juice.
- Salt can create blisters, be carefull
- If you are hungry, dont drink or eat.
- Once a week, 1 day dryfast
- Dryfast till 12 in the afternoon.
- Do another 3 day fast to reset.
- Have quality water

How to integrate the breatharian lifestyle socially?
A
- Most people won’t notice.
- Tell them you are trying something new.
- You might not want to have sex, it will come back later and it will not be a need but lovemaking.

What exercises you can do in the breatharian process?
A
- The lake exercise, breathing in energy, from above and from the earth
- Push yourself to workout
- The day you let go, is the day you will stop loosing weight.
- Be present, don’t overthink
- Move from an unconsious to a consious manifester.
- Envision what you want, state it in the present moment like an affirmation
- Feel exciteted about it.
- Know this is possible and that you are capable
- Accept the belief as an absolute truth
- Intent it to happen
- Fake it till you make it
- Let go and trust.
