- Pain & tenderness, worsens premenstrual
- Fluctuation in size and rapid appearance/ disappearance

- US
- Mammography
- Biopsy suspicious lesions- FNA

- Wear supportive bra, avoid trauma
- Aspirate mass
- Regular follow-up

Higher risk of breast cancer
Fibroadenoma- Eti
- young women, 20yrs following puberty
- Black women
- Multiple tumors in 10-15% of patients

- Round, rubbery, discrete & unmovable non-tender mass

None, unless suspicious
