Inf - sheath covering abdominal wall muscles
Medial - Midsternum
Lateral - Subscapularis or Latissimus dorsi
Deeper - P. Major and minor

Connective tissue disorders
SLE and Scleroderma- absolute
RA not a C/I
Lump to breast ratio high Lump just below nipple areolar complex Inability to lie supine Severe cardiac disease for left sided Ca breast Severe COPD Lump in pendulous breast Patient from far flung areas
Risk factors of Male breast cancer
Age Family history BRCA2 cryptoorchidism Testicular atrophy Klinefelter Testicular feminising syndrome Cirrhossis High fatty diet
Features of malignancy on USG IN BREAST
Hypoechoic
Taller than wider cells
Central vascularity
Proliferative benugn breast disorder with no risk of malignancy
Sclerosing adenosis
Intraductal papilloma
Tamoxifen indications
ER/PR positive
Recurrence decrease
Contralateral involvement prevention
