-Passes Deep to LATERAL HEAD of Triceps Brachii, along RADIAL GROOVE.
-Anastomoses with Posterior Circumflex Humeral Artery
-Terminates as Radial collateral artery & Middle Collateral Artery

-Accompanied by Profunda Brachii artery

-Enters forearm on Lateral epicondyle of humerus
