B => Memantine / AntiD / AntiP (stroke)
S => Dont argue/shame/raise voice
P => Calm lit room, reinforce + and ignore -. Be CALM

Prognosis of BPSD
A
Should respond to treatment if its a biological cause
Might take longer if its dementia which could be self limiting
Will need to monitor them if they started on memantine
