A single-attached dwelling containing three or

abut each other at the sides (as in a row),
separated from each other by party walls.

Ahabitable dwelling unit which includes:
– All exterior walls
– Floor
– Openings for doors and windows
– Plumbing fixtures
– Electrical wiring
Shell house
Shell house + all windows and doors, and
partition walls.
Complete house
Any wall which separates two abutting
living units (+required extensions)
