How can I search for a document that came from one user specifically, without searching
their name?
Start a search, hit additional results, then use filters on right side
What’s the difference between downloading a file to the desktop and opening it on
Microsoft Online in Box?
Online you can edit documents that are then saved onto box. Any edits on a downloaded file will not show up on Box.
How do you share a document with someone who is not on box?
Click share next to the document, then copy the shared link and send it to desired recipient. Be sure to change access type to people with link

How do I kick someone off a folder?
Click on the three dots next to folder name, hit sharing, then Manage collaborators. Click on the persons title to the right of their name, then hit remove.

100 Versions is the maximum. To view a previous version, click on the V# blue button

First, enable email upload in share settings. Upload through email by copying and pasting email address in the settings to “to” and attaching documents
