How many places can you make adjustments on the bike?
4 places - 2 for the seat; 2 for the handle bars
How do you adjust the seat?
up or down ball in front -pull it out and adjust up or down
back and forth - lever in back
in both turn counter clockwise to loosen and clockwise to tighten
How do you adjust the handlebars?
Upper adjusts them back or forward; lower adjusts them up or down. In both cases counter clockwise loosens and clockwise tightens.
How do you know that the armband needs to be charged?
push on/off LED button and it flashes red several times
how do you setup armband with bluetooth?
activate fitness machine and push on/off LED button
where do you wear the heart rate armband?
upper portion of forearm and heart rate sensor to the inside of the forearm
how do you compute maximum heart rate?
220 - your age = maximum heart rate (140)
what is your heart rate at 60%; 70%; 80%?
60% = 84 70% = 98 80% = 112

how do you change from kilometers to miles?
before a workout push increase and decrease at the same time for 3 seconds. Once the desired unit is displayed, push any other button to save your preference.
how do you turn off the armband heart monitor?
push and hold for 3 seconds the on/off LED monitor
how do you connect to the Peleton app?
- make sure bluetooth wireless connectivity is activated on iPhone
- press bluetooth button on your bike
- open Peleton app, choose cycling program and press start
- press connected devices button on right side of screen
- press cadence
- select your machine when it comes on the screen
- touch anywhere else on the screen to go back to the program. Cadence will now appear on the screen.
