Clinton authorised a private company to use retired US military personnel to improve and train the croatian army. Croatian army took Praajina with little resistance
First defeat for the Serbs in 4 years, changed the balance of power on the gorund and the psychology of all parties

Preserved Bosnia as a single state made of 2 parts, Bosniak-Croat federation and the Bosnian Serb republic
