A major strength I have developed is organizational skills.
I can evidence this strength by my past work experience working as a class assistant , when I had to prepare students classwork and when I had to design the whole the topic bored for them to understand the work, and also when volunteering at a charity shop I had to put to stock out and had to organize the shelves clothing etc.
This strength will be useful for boots since it is a busy retail company and you will need more and more products to come in for customers and since it is nearly Christmas it will be more busier

Time management - what I do about it is I try to priorities the most important to least important and give myself breaks so I don’t stress myself out.

a customer came into the store looking for a specific item that was sold out. Instead of leaving them empty-handed, I took the time to suggest alternative options that could meet their needs. We ended up finding a similar product that the customer loved even more. They were so grateful for my help and left with a big smile on their face.

There was a customer who was really upset about a product they purchased, and I remained calm and patient. I actively listened to their concerns and empathized with their frustration. I took the time to understand the issue and went above and beyond to find a solution that made them happy.

I provided good teamwork when the charity shop I volunteered for did not have enough staff there was only 3 of us and there was a lot to be done so all of us prepared and organized ourselves on what we want done first and last. And then we eventually completed all the tasks
