  • imperative offices have knowledge of phase II elevators
  • If elevators are utilized they shall not be taken to a location closer than two floors below the reported fire floor or two floors below the lowest indicated alarm floor location.
  • in this situcation, fire attack team will exit elevatir two floors below reported floor and proceed to an appropriate stairwell.
  • the officer shall notify IC of the stairwell being utilized.
