Closest to the anterior side
Subdivided into thoracic and abdominopelvic cavity
Thoracic cavity

Subdivided into 2 pleural cavity and pericardial cavity
Pleural cavities
2 cavities that each hold a lung
Pericardial cavity

Space inside of skull holding the brain
Spinal cavity
Space inside vertebra holding the spinal cord
