You want to push the back of the knees into the back of your arms

Straighten the arms and lift your hips as high as you can

Placing your hands on the ground, either shoulder width apart or a little bit less

Spread your fingers wide

You want them spread as much as you can

Come up onto your tiptoes

And raise your knees and your hips as high as you can

Placing your knees as close to your armpits as possible

Make sure that your knees are stable on the back of your arms

Start to tip forward

Controlling the weight with your fingertips

Then lift the hips and slowly take the feet off the floor
