Mezze Board
Mediterranean style appetizer plate- stuffed grape leaves (brown rice, feta, veggies, herbs), hummus with white beans and chickpeas, artichoke and olive tapenade, toum (Lebanese garlic sauce), grilled naan bread

Boulder Natural chicken, brined and roasted with house made rub. 1/2 or whole chicken. Served with potatoes and mixed green salad (yuzu vin). Can substitute sweet potato. Chicken Vin sauce on side

Creekstone Farms Ribeye or NY Strip served with mashed and fried potatoes and mix green salad (yuzu vin). Seasonal butter on top of steak (honey thyme juniper)

Korean slow roasted pork served with bibb lettuce, rice, kimchi, Asian quick pickle (quickle), ginger scallion sauce and ssam sauce. Serves 2-4 people

three cured meats and cheeses on a rotating basis, served with cornichons, crackers, bourbon blueberry jam or raspberry jalapeno jam, dijon mustard
