Q

Radial Artery Course

A
  • passes on anterior aspect of the radius
  • becomes superficial at the wrist, lateral to the tendon of the flexor carpi radialis muscle
  • reaches the anatomical snuff box, where it lies on the scaphoid bone
  • enters between the 2 heads of the first dorsal interosseous muscle then between
  • 2 heads of adductor pollicis
  • continues as deep palmar arch
