What are some of the characteristics of the Renal Vein Entrapment Syndrome (Nutcracker Syndrome)?
Left Renal V.; anterior to Aorta and posterior to SMA
2) SMA downward traction can compress the left Renal V. & 3rd part of the duodenum
Symptoms: Hematuria, Proteinuira, Left flank or abdominal pain, N/V, and left testicular pain
