What is the role of plasma?
A
Surrounds blood cells, help transport them.
Regulates body temperature and maintains blood pressure.
Contains minerals, salts, hormones and proteins.

What is the role of erythrocytes?
A
Contain the protein haemoglobin, which carries oxygen. AKA RBCs.

What does a centrifuge do?
A
Spins liquid samples at high speeds, strong centripetal force generated, denser materials travel to the bottom of the tube.
