A

Prior to entering the class d airspace

23
Q

What is the coordination for a landing clearance surveillance approach and by when

A

Aircraft type and type of landing

5 miles from Sabre

24
What is Sabre responsibilities toward IFR arrivals
Issue IFR/SVFR ac an landing clearance Issue ASR landing clearance at 5 miles or breakout instructions as necessary Immediately inform ARAC if an arriving IFR ac executes a missed approach or SVFR ac will deviate outside class d airspace to remain clear of the clouds
25
What altitude can ARAC overfly Sabre at
500'feet above class d airspace altitude without coordination
26
What altitudes are Sabre required to coordinate
Fly above 1700 MSL in the class d or traffic patterns
27
All participants of CVFR are required to do what
Semi annual CVFR briefing
28
What altitudes are CVFR operations required to take place at
At or below 1300 MSL West and east corridor at 1500 MSL
29
CVFR ops are required within what portion of campbell class d surface area
``` Cantonment area Blue Gold Green Red West East White Traffic iota terns at Sabre and CAAF ```
30
Who are CFR airspace and authority delegated to
Both towers, unless ARAC states differently
31
What is the wx criteria for CVFR
Less than 1000/3 | But not less than 500/1
32
The official weather is reported by
19 ASOS / CDW at CAAF
33
What areas are delegated to campbell tower reference CVFR traffic
Helicopter traffic patterns at CAAF Cantonment area Blue Gold corridor from water plant to CAAF Green corridor from CAAF to 3702 or north of RP loach West East
34
What areas are delegated to sabre tower reference CVFR traffic
Helicopter traffic. At SAH Green corridor from loach to SAH Red White Gold corridor south of water plant
35
During CVFR ops, when does standard SVFR apply and who are they required to talk to?
Wx deteriorates below 500/1 Controlled by ARAC
36
What happens if there are multiple CVFR operations and the wx deteriorates below 500/1
Control responsibility remains with CAAF and SAH until CVFR ops can be terminated
37
What authority does ARAC have during CVFR ops
Withdraw delegated airspace to accommodate IFR arrivals/departures at CAAF, SAH and clarksville
38
What happens if CVFR ops are in progress and ARAC wants to withdraw delegated airspace
Assume responsibility for the control of CVFR or Delay recall of airspace until all CVFR ops have ceased or exited class d airspace
39
When shall Sabre tower terminate CVFR ops during an IFR arrival
By the time IFR ac reach the final approach fix
40
When shall Sabre tower terminate CVFR ops during an SVFR arrival
3 miles from SAH
41
CVFR shall remain terminated during an IFR arrival for how long
IFR ac landed or Visual separation Can be applied
42
When shall Sabre tower terminate CVFR ops during an IFR departure
Ac has climber through 1800' MSL Departed the class d or Visual separation can be applied
43
When visibility is less than three, what turnout will ARAC issue for IFR departures at SAH
Right turn out or Resolve potential conflicts with SAH prior to issue a left turnout
44
What must take place prior to approving am ac for a CVFR departure from SAH via gold and what else is mandatory for SAH to do during coord
Obtain approval from ARAC Hold ac on the ground
45
When is freq change to CAAF required on gold to CAAF
By water plant
46
What type of clearance is required to shoc pad during IMC
SVFR clearance
47
During IMC, who is SAH required to coord for use of shoc pad
Notify CAAF tower of all shoc pad SVFR ops and the terminations of SVFR ops at shoc pad
48
What are the restrictions during CVFR
Restrict CVFR ops to an area from RP loach southward via the green corridor to SAH The white or gold corridor from SAH Red corridor And the traffic patterns
49
What is the coord require from CAAF to SAH
Advise SAH of all CVFR inbound traffic via the green corridor prior to ac departing
50
What is the coord require from SAH to CAAF
Advise CAAF of all inbound traffic via the gold corridor prior to ac departing
51
What is the coord require between SAH and ARAC
CVFR traffic inbound via the green corridor has landed at SAH SAH shall receive gold corridor approval from ARAC prior to ac departing SAH to CAAF
52
What does SAH coord reference wx
Visibility is less than 3 When visibility is 3 or more
