- CAD, including MI
- Murmur, hypotension, diaphoresis, pulm edema, rales
- New ST deviation or T wave inversion
- Elevated cardiac markers

- DM
- Extracardiac vascular disease
- Fixed Q waves
- ST depression

- Probable ischemic symptoms
- Cocaine use
- Chest discomfort on palpation
- Normal ECG

Signs & sx of ACS
A
- Pressure, squeezing pain in chest
- spreads to shoulders, neck, jaw
- Spreads to back or shoulder blades
- Lt headed, dizzy, faint, sweating, N/V
- Unexplained SOB
