- pregnancy test
- ultrasound (pregnancy vesicle outside the uterus)
- Adnexal tumor+ empty uterus+ positive hCG values, adnexal tumor with fluid space inside, free fluid behind the uterus

When beta hCG is higher and the pregnancy rate is not visible in the US
