A
- Internal iliac nodes
- Para-aortic lymph nodes

How would you manage a case of superficial (Non-muscle invasive) bladder CA (pTa, pT1)?
A
- Transurethral resection of the bladder tumor (TURBT) and send tissue for HPE
TURBT -> Diagnostic, therapeutic and staging modality
2. Intravesical chemotherapy (MITOMYCIN C, DOXORUBICIN) -> This can reduce the recurrence of the disease
3. Regular follow-up for cystoscopic examination

How would you manage a case of muscle-invasive bladder CA (pT2, pT3)?
A
- Non-adjuvant systemic chemotherapy (CISPLATIN, METHOTREXATE, DOXORUBICIN and VINBLASTINE)
- Radical cystectomy and pelvic lymphadenopathy (pT2 - pT3) -> Ileal conduit diversion
- External beam radiotherapy (4-6 weeks)
