A

Class I preps are are on:

  • the facial,lingual, or occlusal surface of molars.
  • The pits or fissures of premolars
  • lingual surfaces of maxillary anteriors

A

Class II lesions/preps are:

  • on proximals of posteriors(molars/premolars)
  • form at or below contact area
  • can form fromfood impaction due to lack of flossing
