Tie 2 ligatures (modified millers, surgeons)
Put at least 4 square throws on each ligature
Do not tie too close to ends as if one leaks need to tie a second
Trim suture ends to 5-10mm with suture scissors
Hold ring instruments with a tripod grip
Do not pull silicone tubing from connector
