What was good about Birmingham for the location of study?

What is a disadvantage of the bipolar survey? How did we overcome this to achieve the most accurate results?
It is opinion based. We averaged out results to reduce individual subjectivity
What was the method used to study pedestrian count?
- 4 people stood in pedestrian site
- One person counted number of people walking past a certain point
- 2 more people stood on either side of the counter to say how many people were coming
- Other person timed exactly 5 minutes with a stopwatch
