What is the MOA of benzodiazepines?
A
Binding of GABA is ↑ by benzodiazepine → ↑binding of GABA on GABA receptors on Cl- channels → Cl- channels open → ↑influx of Cl- ions → hyperpolarization → ↑inhibition
