Q
What are features that both plant and animal cells share?
A
Both plant and animal cells have the following:
- A nucleus (the most important part of the cell that controls everything it does)
- Cytoplasm (the jelly like material in the cell where most chemical reactions happen)
- A cell membrane ( the skin around the cell that holds it together and also controls what goes in and out of the cell)
- Mitochondria (The tiny structures inside the cell where most of the reactions for aerobic respiration takes place. Respiration releases energy for the cell)
