What do Vaccinations do?
Expose you to a weakened version of a Pathogen, so your WBCs learn how to make the necessary Antibodies, so you build Immunity.
Which Cells in your Body are responsible for remembering Antibodies/Antitoxins?
Memory Cells.

What is it called when a large number of the Population are Vaccinated against a certain Disease, and the spread Reduces heavily?

Define ‘Active Immunity’:
Immunity when your Body had exposure to the Disease, and has built the Immunity (Antibodies/Antitoxins) by itself (Natural), or by Vaccination (Artificial).
