CELL division stages

stage 1 is the longest stage in the cell cycle: the cell enlarges and replicates its four chromosomes so that it has 8. also increase the amount of sub cellular structures(mitiochondria ribosomes and more)
stage 2: mitosis: in this process one set of chromosomes is pulled into each end of the chromosome and the nuceleaus divides
stage 3: the cytoplasm and the cell memberane
