WHY WAS BIOWARFARE SO APPEALING?
They could have the upper hand in battle by trying to take others out with smallpox and not having it traced back to them because it can never be sure who affected people so that they could get away with it. It was also nearly impossible to prove that it was intentional and/or who did it.
WHY CAN’T YOU PROVE BIOWARFARE?
BECAUSE ONE CAN NEVER BE SURE WHO AFFECTED PEOPLE SO PEOPLE WERE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH IT

BRITISH USED IT AS A WAR TACTIC: A soldier said that he had found a man affected with smallpox left on the streets left by the British. A box was put inside another box that had small pox in it. Leaving infected black people in the streets
