    A. Government cannot hold a person in jail unless they are indicted
    B. Police, lawyers and judges must follow the law when arresting and finding evidence of a criminal
  2. Citizens cannot be tried for the same crime twice
  3. Citizens do not have to testify against himself/herself in court
  4. Property confiscated by the Government must be returned or compensated for monetarily (must pay for the house if they take it from a person)
