Pus on gall bladder
What is a mirizi sign?
Stone in cystic duct blocking CBD and causing jaundice
What is a sphinter of oddi?
What happens with a sphincer of oddi dysfunction?
Can close and cause acute pancreatitis
What is murphys sign?
Breathe out - hand on right costal margin. pain on inspiration.
Only positive if pain not illicited on other side.
